People’s Pale Ale
Our flagship beer is an American-style pale ale that is inspired by the hoppy pale ales of the West Coast. Features two-row malted barley and two caramel malts. Magnum hops for bittering and the traditional pale ale hops of Williamette and Cascade for flavoring and crisp, citrus aromas.
An English golden ale cool-fermented to enhance its refreshing and crisp lager-like characteristics… a perfect brew to accompany Jacksonville’s hot summers.
A soft, light-bodied farmhouse ale with fruity aromatics from the saison yeast.
One Spark Kolsch
Light-bodied, refreshing German ale brewed for One Spark 2015!
This refreshing brew is a batch of our One Spark Kolsch dry-hopped with Amarillo hops, adding a lemon-y citrus note to the flavor and aroma.
Shotgun Shack Black Rye
This black American ale has hints of pine needles, roasty malt, and spicy green peppercorns. Brewed with 30% malted German rye, bittered with Magnum hops and American hops for flavor and aroma. At 5% alcohol it is a sessionable but full-bodied brew.
Our take on a sessionable IPA, this light-bodied ale packs a ton of flavor and aroma from the Sorachi Ace and Centennial dry-hopping. It’s the one IPA to have when you’re having more than one!
The West Coast comes to Jax with this extremely hoppy, true India Pale Ale. Our two-row malted barley and caramel malt come to life with a ?@!#-ton of Northwest hops. We use 4 different hops during the brewing process and during dry hopping. It’s music to your nose.
Penalty Kick ESB
An American-style ESB, this Extra Special Bitter comes in a ~7% with a great, malty body and a slight rye and hop bite.
Coffee Dark Star
A Bold Bean coffee infused version of our milk stout. It’s like a delicious combination between a cold brew coffee and a smooth milk stout!
Belgian Hoppy Blonde
A refreshing hoppy Belgian with a bright, funky character.
Aggressively hopped, high gravity amber ale. Brewed with two-row malted barley, caramel malt, and chocolate malt and hopped with Columbus and Nugget.

Barrel Aged Riverside Red
Limited batch of our hoppy amber aged in Underdark barrels, adding a big oak character and a new level of complexity to this taproom favorite.
King Street Stout
Imperial stout brewed with two-row malted barley and a variety of roasted and caramel malts.

Mologna English IPA
Rich, malty, noble-hopped English IPA. Brewed with fellow Jacksonville brewer, Keegan.
Belgian Pale Ale brewed with citrus peel and grains of paradise. Spicy, smooth, and aromatic!
This India Pale Ale is brewed with Cherry-wood and Beech-wood smoked malts, adding a smoky layer of flavor and aroma to the hoppy brew. This beer was released to coincide with the Downtown is on Fire initiative to revitalize downtown Jacksonville.
Chef Thomas Kolsch
Light-bodied ale with notes of white grape. A favorite of the late, great Chef Thomas Tolxdorf of The Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island.
Oak Aged I-10 IPA
Our West Coast style India Pale Ale aged with oak spirals, giving it a mellow, woody character.
One Spark Alt
Medium-bodied German Altbier with a solid roasted malt character brewed for One Spark 2015!
Classic, medium-bodied porter with cocoa nibs and a hint of smoked pepper.
A west coast IPA with 30% malted rye and dry-hopped.
Our signature annual release, the Underdark is an Imperial Stout aged in a variety of bourbon and whiskey barrels for the better part of a year. The end result is a dark, heavy, complex ale that offers a variety of sensual delights including notes of bourbon, oak, chocolate, dark fruit, and more. Be sure to check out the limited beer while it lasts!
An imperial pilsner with a big, crisp body and pleasant hop bite.
Knot Head Alt
Influenced by the Altbiers brewed in Dusseldorf, Germany and the self-inflicted wound Brewer Ben sustained while kegging it. We used a variety of German and English malts to create this dark copper-colored ale and bittered the beer with German hops. The slow and cool fermentation with our German ale yeast created a smooth but crisp ale with a full bodied malty sweetness.
A crisp, rich Irish Red ale, brewed for St. Patrick’s Day.
This belgian wit is spiced with sage and coriander, amplifying the aromatics of the belgian yeast. This light bodied wheat beer is a great summer brew!

Dark Star Milk Stout
A creamy and sweet milk stout brewed with English pale malt, flaked and roasted barley and English Crystal Malts. Bittered with Nugget hops, smoothed with 5% lactose (which makes it non-vegan).
A delicious Imperial Black IPA dry-hopped with Centennial and Nugget hops. This brew has a strong hop aroma and front-end bite, but leaves behind a smooth, chocolate finish.
Anniversary IPA 2014
Medium-bodied IPA brewed with Brettanomyces, adding a funky, fruity note to an already aromatic and flavorful birthday brew!
This year’s fresh hop pale ale included Centennial and Simcoe hops in the boil, along with a generous Citra dry-hopping. Refreshing and fragrant with a moderate hop bite.
Turn Down For Wit
This Imperial Belgian Wit is brewed with traditional spice of coriander and orange peel. It’s smooth and aromatic, with an alcohol content of ~7.5%.
Belgian Pale Ale brewed with equal parts barley, oats and rye. A portion of the sales will be donated to JASMYN in support of the LGBTQ community.

Honey Badger 2014
The Honey Badger is back and stronger than ever! We tweaked the recipe and added local Galberry honey to our honey malt saison, which gives it an extra kick.
Contraption Double IPA
A bold and hearty double IPA brewed with 6 different typres of hops and crafted with our fellow hopheads at Mellow Mushroom.
Our seasonal Belgian-style imperial pumpkin dubbel beer. We added 200 pounds of pumpkin to the mash and used specially a formulated pumpkin pie spice blend to add hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice. Aged on vanilla beans for 10 days. Thanks to Green Man Gourmet for all the vanilla beans and spices!
A light, refreshing saison with cantaloupe puree from Hyppo Ice Pops. The cantaloupe really comes out on the initial aroma and on the clean finish. Perfect for hot summer days!
Light to medium-bodied Australian bitter brewed with Australian yeast. A portion of the sales will be donated to Movember in support of prostate cancer awareness.
An original barrel of the ever-popular Railspur, blended with I-10 IPA. Incredibly smooth, aromatic IPA with notes of oak and bourbon from the barrel aging.
El Jefe Hefeweizen
Brewed with German Malted Wheat and German Pilsner malt. Traditional banana and clove aromas and flavor dominate this smooth and slightly sweet German style wheat.
Our seasonal Oktoberfest brew is a copper, medium bodied lager with a balanced noble hop profile.
Brewed by the ladies of Intuition, this sassy schwartzbier/black lager brewed for Girls Rock Jacksonville.
State Line IPA
Our I-10 IPA with peach puree provided by Hyppo Ice Pops. The peach is very present on the aroma and finish, adding a fruity essence to our most popular brew!
An imperial Jon Boat!! We went wild on one of our traditional brews and added double everything to the batch. Dry hopped with cascade and saaz. All aboard!
Truck Stop Breakfast Stout
Breakfast stout brewed with pure maple syrup, smoked malt and locally-roasted Bold Bean coffee.
This tart, light-bodied saison is dry-hopped with Sorachi Ace and Citra hops, giving it a bright citrus flavor and aroma.
A Belgian tripel with delightful notes of spice and fruit and a clean malt character. Brewed with our house Belgian yeast.
Fish Camp Pilsner
Pre-prohibition style Pilsner. Light and refreshing with a hint of crisp spice.
Aggressive hops upfront, with a lingering bitter sweetness from honeyed malts gives this tasty brew true honey badger swagger.
Our delicious FRESH HOP beer brewed with Simcoe and Centennial hops and dry-hopped with fresh Chinook hops. Fantastically fresh.
Truck Stop Stout on Nitro!
Smokey breakfast stout.
English pale, chocolate, crystal and black malts along with a German smoked malt to create this smooth, roasty porter.
Dry-hopped Belgian saison brewed in collaboration with Hawthorn Salon in 5-Points.

2013 Anniversary IPA
Our birthday brew! An unabashedly hopped, brett IPA.
Easy-drinking English-style bitter brewed for Movember Jax. Brewed with all English malts (English pale malt, English crystal malt and English black malt). English hops used for bittering and for flavor. Since Movember originated in Australia, we fermented this ale with Coopers Sparkling Ale yeast strain. A portion of proceeds from the sale will benefit Movember Jax.
Belgian quad – dark strong ale – winner of the CASK Belgian competition!
This Baltic Porter was brewed in collaboration with Engine 15 Brewing Company. It’s a big, bold, roasty porter coming in over 8% abv.
A black Saison brewed with Belgian Pilsner Malt, roasted and malted wheat, chocolate rye malt, Belgian candy sugar and German and Czech hops for a clean hop finish. An unconventional and delightful twist to the classic Saison style!
This exciting brew is our House Boat strong ale aged in tequila barrels with blood orange puree. What more can I say?
Belgian Wit Bier
A light and refreshing Belgian wit with hints of coriander. The perfect accomplice during the Florida summer!

The Forbidden Beer
For the natives, think of our hometown battle cry and this golden brew’s name will roll off your tongue. Come into the taproom to try our forbidden Belgian Strong Golden. It’s delightfully crisp and a little funky, with floral notes and a hint of banana.
Oliver Wheat Wine
A funky Belgian wheat wine brewed with 60% wheat, oats and honey malts.
An Irish IPA brewed with English malt and hops for a clean, smooth hop flavor and dry finish.
A Belgian blonde ale brewed with 90% Black Tea and 10% Oolong tea. A crisp and refreshing summer ale, perfect for a day in the Florida sun! This beer was brewed by the ladies of Intuition and $1/pint sold during the month of May will be donated to Girls Rock Jacksonville!

Refraction Double IPA
Collaboration with Mellow Mushroom brewed with English Pale and Crystal Malts, hopped with Nugget, Centennial and Zythos.
A big ass, full-bodied Scotch ale. Lightly hopped, sweet and malty with a dry finish. Brewed with all English malts & hops and a Scottish ale yeast.
A Belgian golden ale brewed with Belgian malts, Czech hops and coriander. Fermented with our house Belgian strain. Spicy, fruity esters and very refreshing. Our gateway beer for those new to Belgian beers.

Strong citrus and some savory earth hop aroma. 100% Centennial Hops sourced from Washington State used for bittering, flavor, aroma and dry hopping.
Rail Spur Double IPA
Aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, citrus peel and pine needles dominate this brew. Two row malted barley, Belgian Caramunich, and Victory malt were used to create a malt backbone that can handle 40 pounds of seven different hops and two dry hop additions.
An earthy fresh hop pale ale with simcoe and cascade hops, dry-hopped with citra.
Fresh hop pale ale with Cascade and Amarillo hops.
A sessionable American amber ale dry hopped with Columbus. This brew has the hops kick of an IPA combined with the drinkability of a low gravity ale.

A lightly smoked American ale. We smoked our malts locally at Mojo #4 to create this delightful, light summer ale.

Honey Pale Ale
A crisp American pale ale brewed with Florida honey and hopped with Cascade.
An earthy, spiced Belgian farmhouse ale brewed with malted and unmalted wheat.
Belgian dubbel brewed with German hops for bittering, Czech Saaz hops for flavor and aroma, and a variety of Belgian malts. Everything comes together to make for a spicy beer with notes of dark fruit, burnt caramel and bananas.
Slightly spicy with strong citrus/ grapefruit peel aroma.
Sun Ray Wit
A fruity and refreshing Belgian witbier.

TCB Black Rye Ale
This black as night hoppy American ale hints of pine needles, roasty malt, and spicy green peppercorns. It’s related to our Shotgun Shack but with a higher alcohol content at 6.75%. It’ll have you saying “Thank you, thank you very much.”

Darker saison brewed with our house saison yeast. Ginger, cinnamon and vanilla were added in the kettle. Perfect for a crisp autumn day!
Nathan Fulton’s winning Belgian Pale Ale recipe from our CASK homebrew competition. Brewed with all German malts, European hops & the Achouffe yeast strain along with orange peel and grains of paradise. Makes for a lightly hopped, malty beer with a fruity yeast character. Congrats, Nathan!

The Underdark (2013)
Imperial stout aged for 8 months in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels.
Fresh Hop Ale
A strong pale ale brewed using our North American 2-row Barley and English Crystal malts. 44 pounds of Fresh Cascade and Centennial hops were added to the whirlpool and we dry hopped the beer with 22 pounds of freshly picked Chinook for 10 days. Fresh hop character of citrus and pine dominate this beer. Enjoy it while it lasts!
Willow Branch Wheat
Easy-drinking German wheat ale brewed with German malted barley and malted wheat. Bittered with German hops and fermented with our German ale yeast. Slightly fruity, crisp and tangy.
100% Centennial Hops sourced from Washington State used for bittering, flavor, aroma and dry hopping. American Pale, Crystal and Wheat Malts used for the grain bill.
Workin’ Man’s Wheat
Refreshing American wheat with the flavor and aroma of an IPA. Bittered, flavored and dry-hopped with Summit, Cascade and Amarillo hops. Malted wheat, caramel wheat and torrified wheat used in conjunction with our workhorse 2-row malted barley to create this unique and refreshing brew.
Wild Child Wheat
Easy-drinking wheat beer influenced by the Wits or “White Ales” of Belgium. Brewed with Belgian Pilsner, flaked wheat, malted wheat and flaked oats. Czech noble hops compliment the traditional Wit spices of coriander and bitter orange peel on the nose.
American-style amber ale with pine and citrus aromas and a smooth malt backbone. Brewed with chocolate, caramel and honey malts and dry-hopped with primarily Chinook hops.
A funky blend of sour cherry stout and saison. ONLY ONE KEG – get it while it lasts!
