INTUITION ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH THE AMP

Intuition Ale Works is thrilled to announce the release of “Backstage Brew,” a pilsner brewed exclusively for The Amp in St. Augustine. The launch of Backstage Brew coincides with a rebrand for the Amp, and will make its debut at the sold-out Alabama concert tonight, March 1.

“Intuition is thrilled to partner with our friends at The Amp,” said Intuition Ale Works Chief Operating Officer Brad Lange. “We’ve always said that craft beer and live music are the perfect combination. We developed Backstage Brew specifically with concertgoers in mind. It is an easy-drinking pilsner that will appeal to both diehard craft fans as well as folks who just love great beer.”

Backstage Brew is a clean, light-bodied pilsner with a sweet, malt flavor and subtle hints of herb and spice.

“This is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time,” explained Ryan Murphy, director of The Amp. “Intuition is so innovative and community-minded. Their engagement with the community parallels our mission of community outreach so a partnership with them just made sense. We are ecstatic about this collaboration.”

The Amp is an iconic outdoor performing arts venue and community center located on Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine. Owned and operated by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, the Amp has a capacity of 4,700 people and hosts over 40 concerts and multiple community events including the Saturday Farmers Market and the Sing Out Loud Festival.
